- Why Fleksi and not other and sometimes much bigger recruitment company?

- Because many of our employees appreciate that we are a medium sized company where people know each other, and where it´s easy to get in touch internally and externally. We have direct contact with all our people, and know them well. This is part of the quality assurance of our business, says Birger Fjelde.

The Fleksi employees have a different starting point when they choose to travel to Norway to work. Some of them are here on their own and without family. Others have chosen to break up from home and move here with spouse and children. In the coming years we will see increasing numbers of both groups in Norway.

Company success also requires a good overview and knowledge of the market.

- Having good people is not enough. We also need to know our customers and their needs. A fundament for our existence is quality in all we do, combined with people with the right expertise to provide customers with competence, says Birger Fjelde.
